Hello, I’m Emma, a nutritional therapist currently working on-line with client’s globally. I specialise in women’s health, menopause, hormones and skin health. As a nutritional therapist, I treat the body as a whole using evidence-based nutritional science for the promotion of health and wellness. The ‘one-size fits all’ approach does not apply here and every client is treated as an individual.

I use a ‘food first’ approach in-clinic. Looking at the diet and lifestyle, some changes (and often just small ones) can have a huge impact on your body and overall health. And as a nutritional therapist, a functional practitioner, I will always look for the root cause of a health condition. I may also recommend functional testing as part of your treatment plan and am fully trained in DUTCH testing (for hormones), GI360 stool testing (for gut health and the microbiome) and DNA testing (using nutrigenomics – the impact of nutrition and lifestyle factors on our individual genes), amongst others.

So, if this is something you would like to explore further, please get in touch either by booking an initial consultation or if you would like further information on testing, booking an enquiry call from the top of this page.

Food doesn’t have to be complicated.

Nutritional therapy is considered a complimentary medicine and is practised alongside mainstream healthcare. It can be used to help individuals who are looking to enhance their wellbeing and also those with chronic health conditions.
